WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We currently ship WORLD WIDE !!!

Processing time is 1-4 business days. 

Once shipped, delivery within Canada can take up up to 5-10 business days and 7-15 business days for U.S.A and World Wide orders.

We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS*

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. In the event the product arrives damaged, please contact myeyeconzz@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product, within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and there for we do not cover shipping costs on returns. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once your order has been placed, it is FINAL. We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
